2024年全国两会期间，代表委员也热议5G-A领域。全国人大代表、南京邮电大学校长叶美兰建议，研究和出台国家低空通感网络基础设施发展方案，发挥5G-A优势，形成全国统一的通感基础设施网络，并加快试点城市布局，开展技术验证，推动形成产业生态。

　　金壮龙表示，我们国家中小企业有5000多万家，量大面广，联系千家万户、支撑千行百业。促进中小企业专精特新发展，是一项重要的任务。到现在，我们国家已经培育了12.4万家专精特新中小企业，其中专精特新“小巨人”企业达到1.2万家。这些企业在强链补链延链中发挥了重要作用。
