汪文斌表示，中国是1990年联合国的“人类发展指数”全球首次测算以来，唯一从低人类发展水平组跨越到高人类发展水平组的国家，这充分体现了中国经济社会发展所取得的成就，以及给中国人民的生活所带来的巨大的福祉。
