中新经纬3月11日电 振江股份3月11日发布公告称，公司于近日收到公司职工代表监事董冰出具的《关于本人亲属买卖公司股票构成短线交易的情况说明及致歉说明》，董冰母亲王玉华于2023年6月5日至2024年2月21日期间在董冰不知情的情况下买卖公司股票，根据相关规定，上述交易构成短线交易。
