恒大地产表示，其及相关责任人于近日收到证监会行政处罚及市场禁入事先告知书（处罚字〔2024〕36号）（以下简称“《事先告知书》”，主要内容涉及恒大地产年度报告涉及虚假记载、恒大地产债券涉嫌欺诈发行及恒大地产未按规定及时披露相关信息等，此外还有对上述违法行为所作出的处罚规定。
