公告表示，恒大地产于2015年7月至2019年5月期间公开发行了15恒大03、19恒大02等公司债券。上述债券均在上海证券交易所上市交易。根据《证券法》《公司信用类债券信息披露管理办法》和《上海证券交易所公司债券上市规则》等相关规定，债券发行人应当于2022年8月31日之前披露2022年中期报告，于2023年4月30日之前披露2022年年度报告，但发行人迟至2023年8月10日才披露前述报告。
